Free Shipping Offer

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $100 and up (pre-tax).

  • Exclusions: This offer applies to retail orders only and excludes bulk or wholesale orders. Shipping for bulk orders will be calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take pictures and contact our support team immediately so we can make it right.
