Custom Orders & Designs
How do I submit a custom design? I make the process easy! You can upload your artwork directly on the product page, or if you have a more complex vision, you can contact me via the "Contact Us" page. I prefer high-resolution files to ensure your DTF prints or embroidery turn out perfectly.
Can you digitize my logo for embroidery? Yes, I can! I handle the digitization process to convert your logo into a stitch-ready format. Please note that there is a one-time digitization fee on all new orders.
What is the difference between DTF and Embroidery? I offer both to give you options! Embroidery uses thread to create a textured, premium look that is perfect for hats and outerwear. Embroidery is permanent. DTF (Direct to Film) is a modern printing method that allows for full-color, highly detailed designs that are soft to the touch and very durable.
Care & Quality
How do I care for my personalized apparel? To keep your items looking new, I recommend washing them inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. For rhinestone and bling designs, hand-washing or using a delicate cycle is best to protect the rhinestones.
Are your tumblers and mugs dishwasher safe? I use high-quality materials for all my drinkware. While many items are durable, I personally recommend hand-washing your custom tumblers to preserve the finish and the integrity of the design over time.
Shipping & Turnaround
How long will it take to receive my order? Because I hand-craft and personalize every item specifically for you, my current processing time is 5 - 7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package right to your door.
Do you offer bulk discounts for groups or businesses? I love doing bulk orders! Whether it’s for a family reunion, a bridal party, birthday party, memorialization, or a small business, I offer tiered pricing. Please reach out to me directly for a custom quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalized item? Due to the custom nature of my work, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, your satisfaction is my top priority. If there is a mistake on my end or a defect in the item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
